Darryl Mather-Pike

Academy Director

Darryl Mather-Pike is a South African pastor and missionary whose life has been marked by a deep commitment to Christ and His Church. For more than 30 years, Darryl has served in pastoral care, discipleship, and worship ministry, walking alongside people in seasons of transition, loss, and renewed calling. His ministry reflects a heart for unity in the Body of Christ, welcoming believers from diverse traditions into the shared mission of advancing God’s Kingdom.

At the core of Darryl’s calling is the conviction that every follower of Jesus is invited into Spirit-empowered ministry. He believes leaders should be trained not only in biblical knowledge but also in intimacy with God, servant leadership, and practical compassion. His vision is to raise up men and women who know their identity as beloved children of God and who carry the Father’s love into communities in need of hope and healing.

Eugene and his wife Tina,  serve as full-time missionary with World Outreach International (WOI) and various local partner churches. Trained under WOI,he taught in their Mission Training program based in Thailand. They then served in Mozambique for 20 years during which time a number of churches were planted, disciples and leaders were raised as a branch of SBCI (Satellite Bible College International). This work is ongoing and they provide an apostolic oversight to the leaders and churches there as well as the Bible Training Center they established. They are currently serving in Mpumalanga, South Africa where they have planted 2 churches among migrant workers. The focus of their work is heavily slanted toward the majority world with the unreached, unengaged people groups who have yet to hear the Gospel, especially those living in rural areas.

Chris RWA.jpg

Dr. Chris Catlin

Lecturer

Chris has served over the past 43 years in front-line Mission, gaining a wealth of experience in pioneering trans cultural ministry to the nations. As a student and then as a staff member with Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Chris has soldiered on carrying the message and power of God’s Kingdom into the stronghold of other belief systems in some of the most deprived poverty-stricken places on earth. He is witness to the power of transformation firsthand, even regime change and whole nations turned around but his heart cry remains to see the Father revealed to a fatherless
generation who will rise up to lead the overcoming church in the final hour of harvest. As a Bible scholar, Chris attained his Masters and Doctorate in Divinity but his pursuit is to see emerging leaders develop their spirit life and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Susannah RWA_edited.jpg

Dr. Suzanna Catlin

Lecturer

At age 8, Susannah had a heavenly encounter with Jesus, was filled with His Holy Spirit, but her love for Him and His Kingdom remains evident. Growing up with church planting parents further fanned her passion. Like Deborah, Susannah’s life message is a call-out for leaders to lead and for people to willingly offer themselves in this end time generation. Serving in trans cultural missions since 1982, Susannah is a mould breaker, a veracious student of the Word and seeker of His manifest presence, in real time, to real people. As a dedicated scholar, Susannah has completed theological post-graduate studies but her field of continued post-doctoral study remains Missional Leadership, in which she also holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Chester in England.
